We do not store your payment card details — all payment processing is handled securely by Stripe, our third-party payment processor.
We use your information to provide our delivery service, including coordinating pickups from Nellis Auction, delivering items to your address, and communicating with you about your order status. Specifically, we use your name and phone number to coordinate with Nellis Auction for item pickup, your delivery address to complete the delivery, your email for account management and order confirmations, and your phone number to send delivery updates and coordinate drop-offs.
We use the following third-party services to operate our platform. Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data.
Stripe processes all payments. Your payment card information is sent directly to Stripe and is never stored on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
Supabase provides our database and authentication services. Your account information (name, email, phone) is stored securely in Supabase's cloud infrastructure.
Google Maps is used to validate delivery addresses and calculate service area eligibility. Your delivery address is sent to Google's API for geocoding purposes only.
Vercel hosts our website. Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) may be collected automatically.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share your information only as necessary to provide our service: your name is shared with Nellis Auction as the authorized pickup person, your delivery address is shared with our driver to complete the delivery, and your phone number may be used by our driver to coordinate the drop-off.
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information. All data is transmitted over HTTPS encryption. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your account information and order history for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal information within 30 days. Order records may be retained in anonymized form for business analytics purposes.
