These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Auction Delivery TX website and delivery services operated by Arbillion LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website at auctiondeliverytx.com or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Auction Delivery TX is a third-party delivery service for Nellis Auction winners in the Houston and Katy, Texas area. We pick up your auction items from designated Nellis Auction locations and deliver them to your specified address. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Nellis Auction in any way. We operate as an independent delivery service.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Our delivery service is a flat rate of $10.00 per order, plus applicable Texas sales tax. An optional driver tip may be added at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of booking. All prices are in US dollars.
When scheduling a delivery, you must select a pickup date and time slot that matches the pickup time set in your Nellis Auction account. You are also required to add our authorized pickup person to your Nellis Auction order. Failure to do so may result in our inability to pick up your items, and no refund will be issued. It is your responsibility to ensure all scheduling details are accurate before completing your order.
Deliveries are made to the address provided during the booking process. All deliveries occur the next business day after pickup, between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM. The delivery address must be within our 15-mile service radius of the selected Nellis Auction location. We deliver to your front door — we do not provide assembly, installation, or placement of items inside your home.
All sales are final. Because our service requires advance scheduling and coordination with Nellis Auction pickup windows, we are unable to offer refunds once an order has been placed. Please review your order details carefully before completing payment. If you need to make changes to your pickup date or delivery address, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Auction Delivery TX is a delivery service only. We do not sell, inspect, or guarantee the condition of any items purchased through Nellis Auction. All auction items are sold as-is by Nellis Auction. During pickup, we will make a reasonable effort to confirm that the item count matches what you entered during scheduling. Beyond that, we will handle your items with reasonable care during transport. We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage, defects, missing parts, or discrepancies in the items themselves. Our liability is limited to the delivery fee paid for the order in question.
We currently serve the Katy and Southwest Houston, Texas area. Delivery addresses must be within 15 miles of our designated Nellis Auction pickup locations. Orders placed with an address outside our service area will be rejected during the booking process.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and placing orders. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our service at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Fort Bend County, Texas.
